Candidate AI Screening
Automatically analyze candidate resumes and documents

AI screening analyzes a candidate's documents (primarily their resume) against a position's requirements to provide:

  • Verdict - Overall recommendation (Strong Yes, Yes, Maybe, No)
  • Score - Numerical rating (0-10)
  • Explanation - Brief summary of the assessment
  • Full Analysis - Detailed breakdown of qualifications
Running AI Screening
  1. Go to the Candidate's profile page
  2. Make sure the candidate has a resume uploaded
  3. Navigate to the "Do AI Analysis" tab
  4. Select the position to screen against (if applicable)
  5. Click "Run AI Analysis"
  6. Wait for the analysis to complete (usually a few seconds)
  7. View results in the "AI Screenings" tab

Requirement: Candidates must have at least one document uploaded (preferably a resume) for AI screening to work effectively.

Understanding Screening Results
Strong Yes

Excellent fit. Candidate highly matches position requirements.

Yes

Good fit. Candidate meets most position requirements.

Maybe

Potential fit. Some requirements met, worth further review.

No

Poor fit. Candidate doesn't match key requirements.

Interview AI Analysis
Get AI insights on interview performance

After recording interview feedback, you can run AI analysis to get:

  • Summary of interview performance
  • Strengths and areas of concern
  • Recommendations for next steps
  • Comparison to position requirements
Running Interview Analysis
  1. Go to the specific Interview page
  2. Make sure you have recorded feedback for questions
  3. Navigate to the "AI Analysis" tab
  4. Optionally add a custom prompt for specific questions
  5. Click "Run Analysis"
  6. View the AI-generated insights

Tip: The more detailed your interview feedback, the more accurate and useful the AI analysis will be.

  • AI analysis is a tool to assist decision-making, not replace human judgment
  • Results quality depends on the quality of input documents and feedback
  • Always verify AI recommendations with your own assessment
  • AI may not capture all nuances of a candidate's qualifications
