Description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager/Recruiter

  • Location: Remote

Summary:

Dark Alpha Capital is seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruiting strategies, working directly with hiring managers to understand the specific personality profiles for each role, and managing the entire recruitment cycle from generating job descriptions to the final selection of candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate Job Descriptions: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify role-specific requirements and create accurate, compelling job descriptions.

  • Post Job Vacancies: Utilize various job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks to post job vacancies, ensuring maximum visibility.

  • Review Resumes: Thoroughly review and analyze candidate resumes to evaluate qualifications and suitability for the position.

  • Interview Candidates: Conduct initial interviews using custom questions to assess candidate fit, skills, and experience.

  • Personality Profile Discussions: Engage closely with hiring managers to define and understand the personality profiles desired for each position.

  • Create Interview Questions: Develop relevant and insightful interview questions to assess candidates against the defined personality profiles and job requirements.

  • Narrow Down Candidates: Evaluate interviewed candidates and shortlist the top 2 or 3 for the hiring manager's final consideration.

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Provide regular updates to hiring managers, offering insights and status updates on the recruitment process.

  • Other Duties as Assigned: May include other recruitment-related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.

  • Deep knowledge of recruitment practices, including legal compliance and industry trends.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
