About Dark Alpha Capital
Dark Alpha Capital is a private equity firm and independent sponsor focused on lower middle-market buyouts across business services, industrials, healthcare, manufacturing, and aerospace.
We’re building a data-driven investment platform that leverages automation, AI, and CRM systems to streamline deal origination, due diligence, and investor relations.
We’re looking for a Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer who’s passionate about coding, systems integration, and marketing automation — someone who can design and maintain the systems that power our firm’s growth.
What You’ll Do
You’ll help build and scale our GTM tech stack — connecting marketing tools, CRMs, and data pipelines into one seamless ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Architecture & Automation
Configure and optimize Bitrix24 (or similar CRM) for deal sourcing and investor management.
Automate workflows — from lead routing to follow-ups — using APIs, webhooks, or integration platforms.
Build dashboards and reporting tools for pipeline visibility.
Systems Integration & APIs
Connect tools such as Smartlead.ai, Google Workspace, AWS SES, Make.com, and Zapier.
Manage inbound data from webforms and campaigns (e.g., Tally.so, Google Forms).
Automate data movement between systems, including AI-based screening triggers (via OpenAI API).
Data Infrastructure & GTM Stack
Develop structured data pipelines and unify data from CRMs, spreadsheets, and APIs.
Ensure marketing and sourcing tools (SMTP, IMAP, domains) are properly configured for high deliverability.
Create dashboards to visualize deal flow, campaign performance, and engagement metrics.
Security & Reliability
Implement permission controls, audit logs, and data validation rules.
Maintain system security and operational reliability.
What We’re Looking For
Technical Skills
Experience with Make.com (Integromat), Zapier, or custom API scripting (Python, Java, or Node.js).
Strong understanding of CRM systems like Bitrix24, HubSpot, or Monday.com.
Working knowledge of Google Workspace APIs, AWS, and RESTful API integrations.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (SMTP setup, email warm-up, domain management).
Bonus: Experience with OpenAI API or other AI/ML integration projects.
Professional Skills
Strong documentation, version control (Git), and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and project coordination across business and technical teams.
Detail-oriented, fast, and dependable in implementing automation workflows.
Preferred Experience
Exposure to private equity, venture capital, or investment environments.
Experience scaling CRM and automation architecture for lead generation systems.
Understanding of deal flow, investor relations, or data-driven GTM strategies.
